Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Sandbagger! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we get your order to you. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.
1. Order Processing
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During sales, new releases, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will reach out to let you know.
2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 is calculated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times for standard shipping are typically:

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. They are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and the carrier.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive it.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight-forwarding addresses unless otherwise noted. If you have a special delivery request, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. That said, we want you to receive what you paid for. If your package is lost in transit, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
